Santa Teresa is a little town on the west coast of Costa Rica. It’s well known for its surf and party scene and has a very chilled, laid-back vibe going on. Most cafés and restaurants here are, funny enough, owned by either Argentinians or Israelis. But not Earth Café, which is owned by the Norwegian Tim and Katinka.
Earth Café is a little, healthy café. Their interior is light and bright and matches that ‘healthy’ and ‘Norwegian’ feeling. Their ingredients are fresh, the atmosphere is open. It’s the kind of café where I’d love to sit down for a couple of hours myself. Photographing at Earth Café was a true pleasure: the food was very colorful, prepared well and the different plates and bowls were gorgeous. Thanks to their big windows there was plenty of natural light. Both me and the café were very pleased with the results. You can see many of the photos now being used on their Instagram @earthcafe.st
