About this project

I’ve been working together with De Koffieschenkerij since September 2018. What started with a strategy workshop turned into a longterm partnership where I am now their standard content creator and social media manager.

The strategy workshop with De Koffieschenkerij turned into a clear vision and content plan with many, many great content ideas for their social media channels. Excited as we were we decided to take our partnership to the next level: content creation & social media management. This means new content gets created every 4 weeks (photoshoot + graphic design). Tremento takes care of the content creation, copywriting and distribution on Instagram and Facebook. Different content is created for both social media channels and analyzed every end of the month.

Content ranges from specifically created graphic design templates to photography, GIFs and videos. With tons of ideas still waiting to be executed I’m excited to see what we’ll create in the future!

About De Koffieschenkerij

De Koffieschenkerij is a coffee & cake hotspot right in the buzzing heart of Amsterdam. Located near Dam Square and in the oldest building of Amsterdam (de Oude Kerk, translated the Old Church), this place welcomes you with the delicious coffee. Lattés made with love are served together with what must be the best apple pie in town. De Koffieschenkerij is just great – not only in my opinion but also according to the many, many reviews on TripAdvisor, where the spot is ranked #1 in the coffee category.

Results

What did we achieve?
  • The Strategy

    A content strategy that clearly defines what De Koffieschenkerij stands for and wants to communicate. All summarized in 1 page that can easily be shared with all employees and other relevant people.

  • Storytelling Content

    Good coffee, delicious cake, honest service and a cosy, Dutch vibe. The strategy workshop lead to a list of content ideas that makes use of the Spark, Foster, Move model. These content ideas translate De Koffieschenkerij’s message into a consistent story that’s easy to understand and relate to for its guests.

  • Graphic Design

    There were multiple ideas in the content list that needed some graphic design to be done. Quote templates, neighborhood recommendations, a special frame to identify guestbook entries. But also graphic GIFs, which can be seen above.

  • Photography & Videography

    Once every 4 weeks we visit De Koffieschenkerij to take photos and capture videos. These regular visits allow us to consistently produce new, fresh content for their social media platforms.

  • Social Media Management

    Tremento takes care of De Koffieschenkerij’s social media platforms. From creating the content to planning it, distributing it and writing the different captions. We help to create more engagement by interacting with followers when necessary. All content is published according to specifically designed grid, creating the perfect mix of different types and forms of content (informative, inspiring, activating + photos, videos and graphic).
