November 2018 I was hired by Hotel V to do the Tremento Hospitality Strategy Workshop for their series of boutique hotels. With a fair amount of 4 people participating in the workshop, we locked ourselves into one of the rooms at Hotel V Frederiksplein and got to work.
The strategy workshop with Hotel V was an extremely interesting workshop. As the hotel is a well-established business it was a bit more difficult to truly get to the core. With so many people being involved over the years – and many of them having a different vision or idea around the hotel’s identity – it turned out to be a bit more of a complex case. Nonetheless, the workshop went very smooth. All 4 participants (general manager, PR & sales manager, old + new social media manager) were 100% engaged and their combined efforts and thoughts lead to a very clearly structured strategy.
I was especially glad to hear that “this is what they had been waiting for for the last 4 years”. Working with Hotel V was a blast and I look forward to upcoming projects together.
