The Workflow

All fun and games, but how does our content creation actually work? Let's have a look.

1. Monthly Check-in

Around the 15th of each month, we check in with you and ask you 2 basic questions: do you have any special deals going on and is there something you want to highlight?

2. Upload Images

Throughout the month, you upload new images to a shared folder. We use these images and stock photography (if needed). We prefer to work with your photos though, to keep it personal.

3. Monthly Calendar

A week before the new month, you'll get your content calendar delivered to your mail. One revision round is included where you can give feedback on the texts.

4. Feedback adjustments

Our writers will adjust the texts based upon your feedback. You will get the new content calendar send to your e-mail. If you want to make any more changes, you can do this later yourself.

5. Scheduling

We then schedule the content for you with your own Later.com account. We will do hashtag research with Flick.tech, to make sure the best hashtags are included on Instagram.

6. Off it goes!

Sit-back, relax and watch as a consistent stream of new posts goes online. Need to make a last-minute change or want to add another post? You can easily do this yourself via Later.com.

A lot. Photo editing, custom graphics, content research, location research, caption writing, and scheduling. We also make sure the content has been proofread. Oh, and did we already mention the hashtag research? That’s right. We use Flick.tech to find the best hashtags for your posts.

We’ll also provide you with a series of training videos that you can access and which explain to you exactly how to make a simple change to a post or schedule something yourself in between.

Good content is the key factor to any account’s growth. Hashtags and geotags will help to increase your reach. But the real key to organic growth is outreach. This is especially effective on Instagram, and we are proud to say we’ve mastered this game.

When you are one of our Social Up Social Media Management clients, our Growth Hacker will log in to your account 5 days a week. She will engage with your potential audience across Instagram. We will look for your specific target audience and drive them toward your own account. This often leads to a huge surge in profile visits and an increase in website visits, too. Besides that, it will help to increase the number of followers you have and the average number of likes on your posts. 

Please mind that this is all manual work. We don’t use any bots (those put your account at great risk!). We take a strategic approach and truly spend the time that’s needed. Hence this is only included in the Social Up package.

If there are any last-minute changes you want to make or posts you’d like to add, then you can easily do so yourself via these same platforms. We will gladly explain to you how to do this.

This is a question we get often. The answer is an absolute yes. However, we do encourage you to make sure that, if you post something yourself, it doesn’t go in a completely different direction in terms of the visual and writing style. This will be confusing to your online fans. Hence we always recommend posting your own content mainly to your stories, instead of the general feed.
